Oct. 5, 2008:  CPC Annual Meeting!  We will meet at Triple H Farm at 1 pm Eastern Time.  Sponsors will conduct the business of the club while the members enjoy a mounted lesson with the wonderful Sarah Owen of Knoxville.  Please RSVP as soon as you can to darringtonc@comcast.net if you want to be included in the group lessons.  Price for lessons will be set soon, but please indicate your interest now so we can reserve your place.

Oct. 11-12, 2008: Middle Tennessee Horse Trials in Nashville. Cross Country will be at Percy Warner Park and Dressage/Show Jumping will be at Brownland Farms in Franklin.   

Cross-country at the Equestrian Center at Percy Warner Park – with favorites such as the water complex and the new bank, with course designer Jon Wells and builder Rob Mobley staying on top of new design concepts and always upgrading the courses

§         We are also offering a Preliminary Combined Test for those of you who may be competing the next weekend at the Mid-South 3-Day and don't want to run cross-country

Electronic entries are not accepted but you CAN go to www.evententries.com

Ø      fill out your entry form online

Ø      then print it

Ø      and sign it (don’t forget the Trainer signature – the Trainer doesn’t have to be your instructor but the Trainer MUST be 18 years old as of October 11th)

Ø      along with a check for the full amount (entry fee, stabling or grounds fee, any USEA Beginner Novice Non-Member Fee, etc.)

Ø      and a copy of your horse’s Coggins current through Sunday October 12th

Ø      and (mandatory for Prelim) copies of the Rider, Owner and/or Trainer USEF cards
